We received this letter from a pair of siblings that received a mini-grant from our winter quarter. See the letter below:
Dear members of the CCAMR,
Thank you so very much for your thoughtfulness and generosity with the awarding of a grant to Marci and Austin. The ramp conversion on the van is working so beautifully for us. We are able to roll Marci into the van, buckle her in, and off we go… to the store, to an appointment, to visit family and friends. No more lifting Marci into and out of the van at each stop we make and no more lifting her stroller in and out also. It’s wonderful- as we not don’t worry about hurting Marci with the constant lifting. Austin has no problems now getting into and out of the van. The ramp is so helpful! Thank you again!
